CPlane keeps changing?

Hi, All

I’m constantlty getting an error and I don’t know anymore if its a glitch or my clumsiness.
I’m working on a fairly complex model mixing pre-existing 3d objects with others coming from #grasshopper that I constantly bake and delete.
My problem comes when I measure to check exactness of position and “sometimes” I get a slight difference in vertical positioning related to zero level. The error is always the same 107.07 milimeters, so I don’t know if there is some unsaved CPlane position that keeps coming back or what.

Any guesses? It’s quite tiresome to have to check every now and then to keep things in place.

One guess is that you might have something wrongly connected in GH… Depends on whether the objects that are incorrectly positioned are the baked GH ones, or ones that you model “manually”

To check if there is some CPlane that is off somewhere you could try several things -

  1. Do a _4View twice to reset all viewports/CPlanes to default
  2. Create a point at w0 (type the “w”), and check if it really is at 0 in your different viewports.
