Corresponding panel commands on rhino for Mac?

I find it really difficult to reproduce @rajaa 's tutorial examples on rhino 7 for Mac. For instance what is the command for rhino 7 for Mac to Create Paneling Grid > One Direction Curve Projection in a polar direction? I’m trying to create panels on a polysurface such as this one:
