Copying basic preferences from V6 Mac to 7 WIP Mac

Hi,

I was trying to copy basic preferences such as units, viewport settings etc from V6 to 7 WIP. I had a look in the Library and there seems to be a plist for 6 and 7 but I’m not sure what to do with them. Just wondering if someone knows if this is possible and if so how to do it.
