Copy to clipboard intermittent

I seem to be constantly finding that the Ctrl C command has not actually worked. - Sometimes i need to copy multiple times. before I can paste.

This is intermittent, but frequent. I think i saw a few other people comment this but cant see a bug report.

We’ll need steps to reproduce the issue to be able to put this on the list of bugs.
