If I copy the light in Rhino I don’t get a new light in vray asset editor…why?

Only if I create a new one using the vray light tools, I get a new one in Vray asset editor…I dont know if this is OK or if It is wrong

It is an intended behavior.
If you want to have control of the single light option select the light, go to the rhino proprieties, select the light icon, and click “Make unique”.
But if you want all these lights (as is probably the case here) to behave exactly the same, keep them as instances. All adjustment you’ll make will be applied to all and they will calculate faster too.
