Copy paste object to a new rhino file leaves Custom cplane behind

I copy pasted what might be a circle of points now I study it in customCplane, out to a new rhino file, but its eliptical again.

no option to use the custom cplane it was on.

How do I copy paste an object and bring with it the CustomCplane ?

You’ll need to import the custom Cplane from the first file using NamedCPlane.
