Could the copy/paste feature from autocad depend on UCS/CPlane?

Just run AcadSchemes and set Project to plane → CPlane
Copy Paste uses last Export Scheme you set during a DWG export
would be nice if this could be set in more explicit way!

The option you showed me had no effect on my work.
For example,
1-Draw a box at the origin in AutoCAD
2-Draw a circle with UCS on a surface.
3-Copy
4-Paste to rhino
5-Circle is not on the surface of the box where it should be. It is transferred in relation to the world plane.

I use Acad only for 2D when requested.
My workflow is mainly from Rhino (any orientation) to Top View in Acad
