Coordinate indicators at the bottom

in any ortographic view if you move your mouse up and down it is shown as Y direction, if you move your mouse right-left it is shown as X. and Z stays zero.

is there some logic in to that because it is confusing.

Please note that i am making a Z direction movement but Y direction changes while Z coordinate stays at zero. this thing confuses me while setpoint, if i am at front view i have to enter the Y value for my “Setpoint Z” coordinate

Hi Blastered - the coordinates are CPlane based by default as indicated to the left - click where it says CPlane if you prefer world coordinates to display. Better?
