Connect Edges Issue

Hey there,

I need to connect two edges. Outer edge (1 on image) consists of surface edges and one curve, inner edge (2 on image) consists of a surface edge (face border). I tried Loft and BlendSrf but none of it seems to work as intended. I need to connect them as smoothly as possible. Inner edge (2) can be altered if needed.

the new patch command in v9 using dupedge to make a set of curves yields this-
