Connect edges in sub d

Hello Peoples

I created this model and try to get rid of triangles and ngons.
Iam really struggeling to connect/ link the edges of the geometry.

Maybe,
command _InsertPoint
or
command _InsertEdge with options Type=Ring Mode=Range ?

i was not able to do it

In Smooth mode, use the Stitch command to get rid of the edge.

It is a very short edge. Therefore you can’t really see it in flat mode.
