Computational Structural Design based on Force Patterns

Pierluigi D’Acunto (ETH Zurich), Patrick Ole Ohlbrock (ETH Zurich), Vincenzo Realez (Arup) and Giancarlo Torpiano (Arup) will be hosting a Master Class at the IASS 2017 Conference in Hamburg, Germany.
Participants will be introduced to novel design methods for the generation of structures based on graphic statics, to various optimization techniques for structures, and to coding for parametric design.
The event is open to both architects and engineers, and a reduced rate is available for students.
