Component TriRemesh may not be used

Hi,

I have a Pro account and am getting a component TriRemesh (I believe released in Rhino 7.3) may not be used message?

The shared ShapeDiver system used for the free users still runs Rhino 6 for the time being. Components specific to Rhino 7 don’t work there yet. Designer and Business accounts already have access to Rhino 7 servers.

I understand that but, I am neither a free, designer, nor business user - I am a Pro user. I paid my annual subscription in advance and it will expire July 2022.

Do I not have access to the Rhino 7 servers?

Indeed Rhino 7 servers are not available in the legacy Pro subscriptions either. If you want to know more about your options, please use the contact form on our website to discuss a way forward.
