hi again
im trying to 3d print out lunchbox made space frame
but all elements are seperated in each web frames and nodes with each surfaces
any advices to make it combined?
boolean over 200 elements is too much work to do so if there are any other methods please let me know
for 3d printing it looks like it should be solid and everything connected with boolean

Don’t forget to internalize your geometry 
Please check with your print service but most likely it is not necessary to combine the meshes.
We’re having *.stl files with tens of thousands of separated, overlapping meshes printed successfully.
Chances are, your print service is not aware of that possibility.
