Complex mesh difference

Hello there!

I have been trying to understand now for a while how to subtract this mesh (inside) with this simple box (outside). What I am trying to achieve here would be a sort of negative mold of the organic mesh ( holed cheese structure to be clear:) ).
The booleanMeshDifference doesn’t seem to work really, even with a lower quality mesh.

Does anyone have an idea on how to perform this operation? Thanks in advance!

You have to turn your NURBS box into a mesh, for example with Mesh, From NURBS Object…

Then Mesh Boolean Difference

Should look like this:
