CommandWindowCaptureEnabled not working on macOS

As the title says - RhinoApp.CommandWindowCaptureEnabled - it does not have any effect.

therefore RhinoApp.CapturedCommandWindowStrings is always empty.
Also: RhinoApp.ClearCommandHistoryWindow does not work. More specifically - it does emtpy the internal list, but the command history panel ui does not reflect this.

All that on macOS. Works fine on Windows..

RH-89365 is fixed in Rhino 8 Service Release 25
