Commands in V8 are not executuable

,

when i type commands in v8 it selects some random command falling into the first letters and does not allow me to delete nor to cancel out, it is therefore impossible to use any commands like that.

i also installed the last update the issue remains. i have an older laptop but that can not be the problem i presume.

I am able to run commands - the current build I have is pretty crashy, but that is apparently a known issue and will be fixed soon.

hm, ok you so you have an identical macbook pro, but your system is a bit older, i have big sur, maybe that causes the hick up? if i type the entire command in one second i get it to run sometimes but any delay in typing causes it to hook up immediately

working with the wip is no fun currently… it loads 10 times longer, even if i get a command to work it all feels a bit sluggish, and switching to testmetal nothing really works except wire view.

i kind of like that you can undock all the panels thouugh it needs a bit cleaning up so i am shy to complain to much there for now.

Well, we both have Big Sur, my version is just a tiny bit older. With current build drawing errors happen in Metal (and some crash, but that is being worked on I believe), but with legacy OpenGL it works pretty much the same as Rhino 7 speed-wise I think.
