every time i try the print command,i can see it in the command bar but the print view window is not showing up. Can you help me ? 
That’s not enough information to guess.
- What Version and SR of Rhino?
- What Operating System and it is fully up to date?
- Is this a problem with all files or just one?
- If you start a new file, draw something and Print dies that preview?
- What is your “Default” printer?
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command, post those results along with the answers to those questions.
Hopefully something obvious will stick out and suggest a change.

it is rhino 8 but it’s not fully up to date. It’s a problem with all files: I can see the print command in the command bar but the window is not showing up even with a new file. I don’t know what you mean by default printer.
