* ' _ command prefix – dummy clarification needed

Hey guys, so what I learned is asterisk keep the command recurring which is super nice to know (use it for several commands now, like loft and extrude surface)

  1. what is the importance and difference with ’ and _ - are they really relevant?

  2. are there any other secret cheat code elements like this that are worth to know?

  3. is there probably a article in help? don’t know the term for this to search.
