How do you get the command line functioning again after an accidental scroll?

How is this bug still around?

Only way I know of is to exit Rhino and start again…

Thank you shayan, but no-way am I pressing that button. It’ll blow-up all the customization.

Exiting and restarting rhino fixed it.
