Command connect: option extend with arc?

Hi…,

the “extend with arc” option in Rhino 5 SR 6 connect command does only extend with lines and not with arcs.

Any ideas?

I see not, the connect command extends arcs with arcs, but not curves with arcs, which would be nice.

If I draw a curve and an arc. And use connect. They will connect. Just select 1 by 1 and it works.

Hi Michael- so, a free-form curve would be extended by a tangent arc of the same radius as the end of the curve, correct?
