Combining panels

Please see attached image. Currently there are separate panels (red), wondering what will be the best way to combine all panels (blue) while keeping all other functions…

Thanks always for your help.

Please see the red. is it possible to remove the horizontal steps and make them smooth long single surfaces (surface 1 & 2) with a central curve.
