Combine two point sets to create an interpolate curve

Hi all;

I’m trying to combine two point sets with the relative items component to create a “waving” curve ( attached the 3dm of what I’m trying to get ), but I fighting with the mask of the relative items ( that it is always little messy for me ) .

Can anyone help me on this,
