Collision Interaction Analysis

Hi there,

I am trying to replicate an analysis that Alex Fischer created using quelea emiters. It is quite a complex definition for me. Here is the link to the video:

I have been trying to replicate it for the last couple of weeks and cannot seem to crack it. I would really appreciate it if any of you could guide me as to where my mistake/mistakes lie. The base idea is to assign behaviors to the quelea particules in order for the speed up of down depending on the situation they are in and to avoid collision.

I feel this is as clear as mud, so if you need any clarifications please don’t hesitate to ask me.

Cheers,
Tom

I’ve realised I had a problem with scale. That helped with the forces. The model was in millimeter and the forces had to be 1000 fold in order to generate anything significant. I’ve still got trouble with the wander and anti-collision part of the definition.
