Coherent Result and Mesh Settings

I have been using Eddy a little before and I get the jest of it. But I have some trouble getting a coherent result.

This is my question:

  1. What is happening with my result as seen in the image below?
  2. Can some one give me a better explanation of mesh settings. I have been trying to grasp what each setting does, but i cant seem to finde the patten. (Acc building and ground makes sense)

I am working in a larger area, and I keep getting a weird result, where the more refined areas of the mesh has a totally different windspeed. I have done 500 simulations and the residuals have converged. I have provided my GH file with all data internalized.
