Assume one has a Rhino account with two older version Rhino licenses. One buys one V8 upgrade to put in the same account. (I know, not upgrading all licenses is not recommended, but it happens.) Is one given the choice of which of the licenses one wishes to attach the upgrade to when putting in the license key?
The reason I ask is the classic problem. Let’s say the two current licenses are a V7 full license and a V7 that has been upgraded over a V6. And perhaps they occasionally still need to run V6 for some reason or other (old plug-in, whatever).
If the V8 upgrade gets attached to the V7 license that is an upgrade over V6, when a user runs V8, the V6 license will not be available for another user, only V7.
If the V8 upgrade gets attached to the V7 full license instead, when V8 is run, another user can still run V7 or V6.
