Once i get to the bottom of this ill post you an update

Not sure this is related, but as you know there are two huge boxes—relative to the rest—that (possibly) mess up the distance search. I took them away to test {interim} results. Here I’m pulling points to the {kept} boxes rather than just measuring or testing for inclusion*.

*Regardless of that, you will still find points that are definitely outside of the boxes whose centroids you’re measuring distances to. Have you specified what’s happening with that?

Thanks for this. yes i have bottomed big box issues yesterday.

In regards of outside of BB i have got solution for this as well just didnt got round to it yet as revit pulls “In place family” at 0,0,0 .

How do you control BB orientation currently it giving me “Orientated” BB i want it to keep to Revits XY?

Ill get you posted on how i get on when i get chance to go at it again.
