Closest Point to Surface | Curve

Hello

I’m having a problem with a larger model. I’ve attached a section of the model as a GH file.

I created an intersection point between the surface and the lines using Surface | Curve. At a certain distance, I have a local line defined in Rhino, not created in Grasshopper. From each previously created intersection point, a line should intersect the local line at a 90° angle. However, I keep getting the error “Data Conversion failed from Curve to point”. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Are you perhaps looking for the curve closest point component?

I’ve already spent a lot of time searching for the solution. Sometimes the solution is right there, but you just don’t see it. Thanks again.
