Closed Sweep 1 rail between to planes

Hi,
I have been trying to sweep between two planes along a closed curve, when the curve is open the sweep works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, this is an extension of the original question. When I apply this to multiple sections the sweep only works reliably to the first section and fails on the ones that fall outside of the domain. Iā€™m going in circles trying to fit the domain so it can be adjusted parametrically, and I have had no luck creating a sweep on the last pair of curves. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey !

Do you really need that second circle for each tubes?
If not, you could go for something like this

No I think your right, that looks much more streamlined. I will give it a closer look when I am at my computer.
