Are you saying Cap Holes fails on your extruded curves?
From the image you posted, they look distorted, as though the curves are not oriented properly on the surface, perpendicular to surface normals?

How can I construct rectangles on the points on the curve using the surface normals?
Unless you internalize your geometry in the GH file, I can’t see your surface or points using R5 so there’s not much I can do.
Hard to tell but those look like flat base surfaces with extrusions that DO NOT observe surface normal directions? It reminds me of this thread:
