Clipping plane , details , shaded view with material , problem

Dear Rhino people,
I use layouts and details heavily for yacht interior design. When I made a heavy sectional drawing for the yacht I have issued about display and materials. As you can see in the attachment picture, some oak materials seem grey, even if the same objetcs different surfaces show the material.
I also have these fractured pieces where I dont know they come from.

Any help ?
