Clipping Plane Custom Section Style not working?

Settings under Clipping Plane - Section Style - Custom have no effect.
Am i doing something wrong? I want my selction to be a solid color.

Hi Bogdan -
A 3dm file would have been more informative.
Which version of Rhino are you running?
Apart from that, by default, objects have their section style set to the layer, not to a clipping plane. That’s possibly what you are running into.

Hi Bogdan -

If you want the clipping plane to drive the display of a section, you need to select objects that are getting sectioned by that plane and set their section style to “By Clipping Plane” instead of the default “By Layer”.
