I am trying to create some 2d drawings with clippingplanes.
The behaviour regarding the section depth is not working for me.
Regardless the settings; the drawing being created is only a clipped section drawing without depth, custom depth is not affecting it and neither is when I tick off the “custom depth” mark.
Updating the drawings doesn’t have any effect either.
It is such a useful feature in theory, please help…

I’m on the newest version and using a MacBook with M3 chip.
Does this file work for you? Can you provide an example of what i not working for you along with your complete SystemInfo (run systeminfo in the rhino command line) clippingdrawing.3dm (3.2 MB)
In your file, I am getting the same behaviour as in the model I was trying - that is:
The drawing is only showing the section without depth
When moving the clipping plane, the drawing only updates automatically when the placement results in a drawing (no updates for empty drawing)
The “Custom depth” tick mark, the custom depth setting and the UpdateClippingDrawings command don’t do anything.
From how I understand it, the settings as I put them in the screenshot should result in the two other blocks being visible in the drawing as well, and not just the one where the clipping plane lies, right?
