Climate Studio can't run rounded surfaced model

I’m trying to use the thermal modelling feature of Climate Studio for a project with an atrium form, where the outer surfaces are curved.

However, this feature isn’t working as expected. Is Climate Studio’s thermal analysis unable to run EUI simulations for curved geometries? Could you please provide any recommendations?

for climatestudio (and any thermal software based on energyplus, which is like all of the thermal softwares) all geometry needs to be non-convex and made of planar faces (ie, no curves in the floor plan). you can have curves in the perimeter of windows, though.

multi-height zones lose accuracy as they increase in height because the stack effect is not calculated within a zone, which i imagine is what you want to investigate with an atrium-type space.
