Clearing up the workspace

Hi all!
I am working on a script to import a file, do some transformations and export it.
After I export it I do _SelAll and Delete but i cannot find a way to delete all the layers so after a few runs of the script my computer gets slow.
Is there a command to completely delete everything from the wokspace and start over? Or select all layers and delete them? And i dont care to loose some data, its just a repetitive task…

Im on Rhino 4.

Maybe just start with a new file and discard the contents of the old file?

Or use _New or you can try purge?
