In the attached file I am trying to offsetsrf to 1.25" (1.25/12). I am getting some weirdness as shown in the corner at the left.
I was wondering how this might be cleaned up.
If you’re wondering about the bump, the curves used to were taken off the original specs and similar bumps are found on the original. They used tangent circles to define this bossing when they really needed splits.
But then again, they didn’t have computers in 1939.
