Occasionally I have conditions where walls don’t’ clean up despite being set to do so.
At the moment I have two walls in different blocks which don’t clean up where they intersect. The nodes are co-incident.

Walls in different blocks will not be cleaned up. Only objects that lie in the same block, or that are directly inserted in the model space will interfere. This is by design.
