Circular Mesh

I am trying to decrease the planarity error as mush as possible and get a torsion free beams/nodes in this mesh.
I am using solid point collide with the goal of slide off and then added planarize and cyclic quad.
the problem when I slowly increase the strength of both planarize and cyclic quad to a certain value, specific mesh edges -in negative curvature- start to shrink.
I need to know if there is a goal I can add to control this.I already use edge length goal. (181.2 KB)
