command would always disappear without drawing a circle when trying to drag or enter the radius as last step. would like to drag the radius and press ENTER.
Only works in selecting the first tangent line and then entering the radius and 3rd step selecting the 2nd line.

If I’m reading this correctly, if you type a radius, then you would press Enter to pass in the number and complete the circle.
Since it is a distance prompt, you can instead pick two points to show it a distance, but then the Enter key is not involved.

Try: Drag the radius and then left-click. To use a specific radius, use the Radius option and type in the number, with Enter, or click two points.
