Changing shape of Perspective viewport

Hi guys,

I’m trying to change the shape of the Perspective viewport while it fills the screen (anotherwords it’s the only viewport on the screen.) When I run -ViewportProperties, I get a dialogue box that shows its size but does not allow you to change it.

I know that I can change it when I’m in 4 views mode, but can’t seem to do it when it’s the only viewport on the screen. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi,

You may not be able to change the size of the maximized viewport, unless you float the viewport ( _ToggleFolatingViewport ). I know this is not exactly what you are after but maybe will help.

Hi, below seems to work, even when there is only one maximized viewport:

_-ViewportProperties _Size 400 400 _EnterEnd

Hey Clement,

The problem is that the viewports snap back in to their 4 views configuration as soon as you run this command.

Maybe i am misunderstanding something, over here it looks like below, once run in a scene with only one maximized viewport:

the upper left corner is where it has been before the viewport was maximized.
