Changing curve width in Rhino can leave GH curve width stuck

If you change the display settings for curve width from the default ‘Use object’s width’:

to a large pixel value:

and then back to the default, Rhino resets but Grasshopper remains stuck with the pixel value:

You have to set a low pixel value first before changing to the ‘object’s width’ option.
