Chamfer Problem

This box was created by Extruding surface. Than manipulated with Gumball by moving couple of it’s walls.
Now if I try variable radius chamfer on any horizontal edges it fails every time. Surprisingly vertical edges can be chamfer no problem.

I forgot to mentioned, chamfer radius .15 or larger. When using .1 it works just fine…
