Chamfer not connected surfaces

Is there a way to chamfer the surfaces with 0 distance, to create a close box?

chamf_surf.3dm (3.2 MB)

i think i found the solution. Its the connectsrf command

But with connectsrf i cant connect these remaining surfaces

chamf_surf.3dm (3.2 MB)

The easiest solution would be to untrim or extend all surfaces, join into a solid using the Create solid command in the Solid Tools Tab and then if required _ShrinkTrimmedSurface. Then add whatever chamfers you want.

Thanks.
I had never use this command.
Its easier then in grasshopper without untrim.

If you want to do this in Grasshopper you need to use an evaluate surface component to get the plane for each surface otherwise the scaling is not correct.

Are you sure?
I think grasshopper scale command work on object plane by default.

It seems right to me.
What i am missing?

Actually you’re right since your surfaces are planar the evaluate surface component is not required.

Actually, the easiest I can think of for this specific example is to run BoundingBox.

boundingbox create a box. Not suitable for the second example.
Or not?

Right - only your first example.
