Capital letters layout name bug

Hi,

If I want to change name of the layout from fab_1 to FAB_1 Rhino doesn’t save the result. You need change it to any different name like FAB_1TEST and after rename it again to FAB_1.

That appears to work fine on Rhino 8 here.
