Can't register Rhino after reinstalling

My hard disk was damaged so I had to completely reinstall my operating system and all software. McNeel.com is telling me I must unregister the previous installation of Rhino before before I can register the new installation. Of course, since the old hard disk is not available it is not possible to unregister the previous installation.

Can anyone help with this.

You will need to contact sales@mcneel.com directly to have them fix the registration - only they have access to the system. As it’s Saturday, depending on if someone it monitoring the requests over the weekend, it’s possible you may not get a response until Monday.
