I downloaded Rhino 6 for widows, ( running V7). and when I click the Rhino Icon I get a screen with 3 choices,
Uninstall, Modify, or Repair.
Ive clicked the modify and repair, and added my license key, and it restarted my computer
I just cant get past this screen,
What have I done wrong?

Sounds like you are trying to run the installer again. From your start menu search for the Rhino 6 shortcut and start from that instead.
