Can't log in

for context I have an educational account.

I’m trying to log in and it has asked me to validate my account, so I follow all the steps to get my validation code. it gave this message.

these were the instructions:

I attempted to follow them but I can’t as every time I open rhino it insists on me validating my account which of course I can’t do.

this is the only computer that I have rhino on. I am in a different country however so maybe that the issue I’m not sure. any advice would be much appreciated thanks.

With Rhino closed, are you able to log into your Rhino account via accounts.rhino3d.com/ ?
(you will need the e-mail and password you set up the account with)

And your license key is in there?

I can see my license and the computer its assigned to (mine) with its serial number, can’t see a license key though
