From that screenshot, it looks like something on your net is blocking access to the servers. See if turning off your firewall makes a difference. You might need to check with your network administrator if you are not in control of firewalls.

What’s the trick to antiquating this problem for scenarios where there’s no internet on a particular system?
I’m currently building a computer where this will become a thing very soon.
guess I have to tell them? lol
