Can't get Hops on Rhino 8 to work, but works on Rhino 7

Can’t get Hops to work on Rhino 8, but is working on Rhino 7.

I get 2 errors, saying the path is correct but to something that is not Hops related.

I tried a solution to go to:
\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\packages\8.0\Hops\0.16.17\compute.geometry ands run the compute.geometry.exe but nothing happens, it does not open any window like it does on Rhino 7.

Using Hops 0.16.17

also created an enviremantal variable: DOTNET_ROLL_FORWARD = LatestMajor and tried to install the latest .net, but not sure if it was succefull.

anyone has an ideia what I can try, and what I need to check.

when I lunch compute.geometry on Rhino 7 package folder Ii get this:

got it working, I was missing .net 7.0.20
download and installed it and is working now. bit slow but is working
