I suppose the curves are the problem.
Tolerance is 0.001 in mm.
Not able to help if you don’t post a file with internalized geometry.

Increase your document tolerance or use some other way to make the curves join. Just looking at the image you’re extruding 5 curves into 5 surfaces, you can’t cap that.
If your curves are not planar then for example you can try getting control points from the curves, fitting a plane on the points and projecting your closed curve on that plane.

I did some adjustments to align the points perfectly to build a curve and got it figured out at least.
It was just a Rhino drawing issue.
