# Cannot save IFC

Why I cant save IFC anymore? export selected \> ifc is not working. Anyone know why? It is saying that i don’t have the plugin but i do have visualarq.

Hi Leonardo,  
Check under your list of plugins (that do not ship with Rhino) if the “IFC Import” and “IFC Export” plugins are enabled. Load them and restart Rhino.  
If the problem persists, try to reinstall VisualARQ.

they are checked, reinstalled VA and still the same

Hi Leonardo,  
Are the IFC Import and IFC Export plug-ins loaded as well?  
Can you share a screenshot of the error message you get?  
Can you share a screenshot of the list of plug-ins that do not ship with Rhino?  
Is this happening with any file or just one specifically?

i figure out that it was because of other plug in, conveyour from proving ground. I was trialling it, so i just uninstalled. Pretty straight foward plugin, it ables you to assign families and even create them. Works well, it would be cool to see something like that in VA. It will make VA a killer.
